Help us crack down on puppy mills- sign this petition!

Help us spread the message about puppy mill awareness! This petition needs 5000 signatures to be presented to the President (it's about halfway there). All you have to do is follow the link and sign!

Everyone calls me Roscoe, but you can call me whatever you want :) I'm a friendly 5 year old hound that loves playing with my toys and getting lots and lots of attention. Right before I came to OPAC, I had some bladder issues, and I'm currently being treated right now for them.
